For example, our website is adequately protected (including https) and we use a professional 1Password system, all with personal passwords that are changed regularly. If applicable, paper files are stored in an encrypted cabinet that can only be viewed by the employee in charge. 7. Cookies
Like Honey may use cookies via this website (www.likehoney.nl). This stores information in the form of a text file on the hard drive of your device. Cookies are used to provide the website in a user-friendly manner or to obtain information about the quality or effectiveness of the website. Like Honey uses Google Analytics, which processes cookies. Like Honey has concluded a processing agreement with Google in this regard and the data is processed anonymously. In addition, 'data sharing' is disabled and no other Google services are used in combination with Google Analytics cookies.
8. Access, correction and portability of your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@likehoney.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Like Honey would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
9. Can this privacy policy be changed?
This privacy policy may be amended. Developments are rapid and therefore sometimes something may change in the personal data that we request from you and the way in which we use your personal data. These changes will be announced on our website and the last mentioned date of amendment will be stated. We therefore advise you to consult this privacy statement regularly.
