BAS Consultancy
BAS Consultancy, a finance & data recruitment agency from The Hague, were looking to expand their existing team with talented financials. They were dependent on expensive recruitment agencies and were looking for a more efficient way to find and attract high-quality candidates.
BAS Consultancy was looking for a way to use its own channels and knowledge to do its own recruitment and selection. The goal was to reduce or even eliminate the dependency on recruitment agencies. After a concise analysis, an Outreach strategy seemed to us the most promising way to run a first test for this.
We set up an advanced LinkedIn Outreach campaign. Smart tooling allowed us to approach potential candidates in a targeted and personal way. The process was largely automated, but felt personal and tailored to the candidates. This significantly increased the response and involvement.
Within a month, Bas Consultancy hired three new finance colleagues. In addition, seven new freelancers were added to their network, which increased the flexibility and capacity of the team. In total, 159 new conversations were started with potential candidates.
Thanks to the efficient and targeted approach of the LinkedIn Outreach campaign, Bas Consultancy was not only able to expand their team, but also reduced their dependency on external recruitment agencies. This resulted in significant cost savings and a stronger internal talent pool.
